After a long 'bayram' holiday, we are back to our daily lives with a lot of work. What did you do during this time? I ate lots of food, saw my relatives, watched lots of movie and TV series including Cloud Atlas and celebrated Turkish Repulic Day, so excited.
Also, I have been to a comtemporary art museum. It is at an office called Borusan (very important and succesful company), they exhibit modern art collections and also their offices. It becomes museum at weekends, if you come to Istanbul, you can search for Borusan Contemporary and visit the museum. It gives so much inspiration. But it was forbidden to take photos of offices, so here you can see the art gallery and the terrace (more tomorrow including my outfit details).
These pieces with neon lights represent sentences with mors alphabet. The name is Cut a Long Story Short by Brigitte Kowanz. The aim is to provoke audience to uncover the hidden as visual. Stay tuned for more tomorrow.

Uzun bir tatilden sonra işlerimizin başına döndük. Siz neler yaptınız? Ben bol bol yemek yedim, akrabalarımı gördüm, dizi ve film izledim, biraz ders bakmaya çalıştım, Bulut Atlası filmine gittim ve son olarak da Cumhuriyet Bayramı fener alayında bayramımızı kutladım, çok heyecanlı ve duygusaldı.
Bir de hepinize tavsiye edeceğim; Perili Köşk'teki Borusan Contemporary müzesine gittim. Bugün sizinle oradan fotoğraflar paylaşacağım. 8 katlı Perili Köşk'te Borusan Genel Müdürlük'te çalışan üst düzey yöneticilerin ofislerini ve modern sanat koleksiyonlarını görüyorsunuz. Müzeyi haftasonu gezebilirsiniz. Size birçok yönden ilham verecek bu ortama kesinlikle gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ofislerin içini fotoğraflamamız yasaktı, o yüzden sadece terastan ve girişteki eserlerden fotoğraflar gösterebiliyorum.
Bu neon ışıklı eserler çeşitli harf ve sözcüklerin mors alfabesine göre yazılışı. Brigıitte Kowanz'ın sergisinin adı Uzun Sözün Kısası. Arkadaki ayna ve metal platformlarda eserlere çok boyutluluk katmış. Amaç, izleyiciyi görsel olarak gizleneni deşifre etmeye teşvik etmek. Yarın hem kıyafetimin detaylarını, hem de terastan süper manzaralar paylaşacağım sizlerle, izlemede kalın.
