Santa Barbara

My last day in LA before going to San Diego was in Santa Barbara where is 1 hour away from LA. Here is a small town but very important at the same time because it is one of the first place where Spanish people settled in America. So, the structure and architecture of the city is in Spanish style. Santa Barbara is so unique and now you will see a cinema hall, I wish I watched movie every week there. 

San Diego'ya dönmeden önceki son gün Los Angeles'a bir saat uzaklıkta olan Santa Barbara'da geçirdik günümüzü. Burası küçük bir şehir ama aslında önemli bir yer çünkü Amerika'nın İspanyollar tarafından ilk yerleşilen yerlerinden birisi. O yüzden şehrin yapısı ve mimarisi İspanyol tarzı ve çok tarihi bir yer. Her haliyle çok eşsiz, hele şimdi bir sinema salonu göreceksiniz, her hafta orada film izlemek isterdim herhalde. 

Beverly Hills

Secondly, we went to Beverly Hills and the relaxing atmosphere of this area made us relieved after Hollywood's super dynamism. The most popular street is Rodeo Drive, every single popular brand is on that street and around. They are in perfect harmony with palms and super luxurios cars. Houses around are already amazing, maybe it is pointless to say ( I will publish another post for houses ). Celebrities are residing in Beverly Hills generally. I also witnessed to a party but I couldnt take pictures because I was in car. Think about a mansion, in front of it there are lots of limousins, policemen were all around, it was an important party, I guess. So, I have seen the American dream in Beverly Hills perfectly.

Daha sonra Beverly Hills'e gittik, tabii biraz pilimiz bitmişti ama oranın ferahlatıcı etkisi bizi mest etti. En ünlü sokağı Rodeo Drive'da aklınıza gelebilecek her lüks marka var, palmiyelerle beraber süper bir uyum içindeler ayrıca sokaktan geçen ve park etmiş süper lüks arabalar da cabası. Çevredeki evler zaten muhteşem, söylemeye gerek var mı bilmiyorum (evler için ayrıca bir post yayınlayacağım). Ünlüler hep bu çevrede oturuyor, ayrıca verilen bir partiye de şahit oldum, ama arabayla geçiyorduk önünden o yüzden fotoğraf çekemedim. Bir malikane düşünün, önünde limuzinler duruyor, çevrede polisler ve bir şeridi kapatmışlar, herhalde bayağı önemli bir partiydi. Böylece Amerikan rüyasını da Beverly Hills'de tam anlamıyla görmüş oldum.

Hollywood 1

My dearest followers, I had a wonderful day today, first we went to Hollywood and then to Beverly Hills, we walked so much as always. You know how I love to discover city by walking, so I am pretty tired. For today, I am summarizing my day with one photo but tomorrow I will post something so long with all of my experiences. Now, I should take a rest for a while...


Canım izleyicilerim, çok güzel bir gün geçirdim, önce Hollywood, sonra Beverly Hills'e gittik. Her zamanki gibi inanılmaz yürüdük, şehri yürüyerek keşfetmeyi sevdiğimi çok iyi biliyorsunuz ama çok yoruldum. Bugün sadece bir fotoğrafla günümü özetliyorum ama yarın çok uzun, bütün deneyimlerimi aktaracağım bir yazı yayınlayacağım. Şimdi biraz dinlenmeliyim...

Venice, LA

Today, I had a chance to discover Los Angeles more, so we went to Venice. The weather was perfect, since we are in Spring Break I believed so much that the weather will be hot, I brought summer outfits. I wore my lovely jean shorts, you should see me while I was revolting against wearing pants in California. By the way, did you like my leather jacket? I have more surprises, now it is Venice time. Here is really interesting because there are many second hand stores, art galleries, furniture shops but all of them are special designs and pieces that you can't find anywhere else. If I reside in Los Angeles once, I will buy a lot from here because I always love what is unique. I have chance to see these kinds of places because my cousin is in to interior design and know these places well. After, I will post her house's photos with interesting details what you will like.


Bugün Los Angeles'ı biraz daha gezme fırsatı buldum ve Venice'e gittik. Hava mükemmeldi, Spring Break'te olduğumuz için havanın çok sıcak olacağına o kadar inandım ki hep incecik giysilerle gelmişim, bugün de California'dayım artık pantolon giymek istemiyorum diyerek isyan edip yine çok sevdiğiniz jean şortumu giydim. Üstümdeki deri ceketi beğendiniz mi ? Daha size çok sürprizim var, şimdi gelelim Venice fotoğraflarına, burası çok değişik geldi bana çünkü üzerinde ilginç dükkanlar buluyorsunuz, sanat galerileri, ikinci el kıyafet satan dükkanlar, mobilyacılar ama hepsi özel tasarım ve çok farklı, başka yerde bulamayacağınız parçalar... Bir gün Los Angeles'ta oturursam, buradan alacağım çok mobilya olacak, eşsiz olanları hep sevmişimdir. Buraları gezme şansı buluyorum çünkü kuzenim iç dekorasyonla ilgileniyor ve buraları çok iyi biliyor.
